A medicated supplement formulated for growing dairy cattle for increased rate of weight gain and improved feed efficiency.

FEEDING DIRECTIONS:

Mix Kalmbach 355B into a complete feed according to directions above for required protein level. Feed complete feed to dairy replacement heifers along with forage to provide not less than 50 mg nor more than 200 mg /head/day of Lasalocid. 2 lbs of 355B contains the maximum amount (200 mg per head per day) of lasalocid.

CAUTION:
The safety of Lasalocid in unapproved species has not been established. Feeding undiluted or mixing errors may result in an excess lasalocid concentration, which could be fatal to cattle and sheep. Do not allow horses or other equines access to Type A articles or Type B feeds containing lasalocid, as ingestion may be fatal.
