FEEDING DIRECTIONS:

  • Feed at a rate of 1 block per 5 head of cattle.
  • The location of blocks is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT for adequate consumption. Place the blocks where cattle congregate (watering, feeding and loafing areas).
  • Cattle will consume about 1 lb. per head per day.
  • Omit all other sources of salt. This block contains all the salt needed when consumed at the recommended level.
  • Variations in cattle routine due to climate or feed may change their feeding and watering habits. Relocate blocks immediately as necessary.
  • During inclement weather or muddy conditions, it is desirable to place blocks in bunks or containers.
  • Provide adequate amount of forage or supplemental feed.
  • When feeding SWEETLIX 37% CATTLE SUPPLEMENT BLOCK and a supplemental protein product, do not provide more than 30 percent of the animal’s protein from non-protein nitrogen sources.

CAUTION: Use as directed. Consumption of selenium should not exceed 3 mg per head per day.
