Hesitated, but think we have a winner

"I just introduced this to the girls yesterday. First of all, I ordered thru Chewy, and it was delivered 2 days faster than promised. Cool. They loved it. . . and hate some other feed I currently have stored. Ugh. I had to look hard to find that this is non-gmo- a huge plus. If you made that fact, plus the % of protein in larger, more obvious print, I would not have hesitated before adding it to my cart. So far, we're feeling pretty good about this choice."

"My girls like it best mixed with a little water, although they will not ever eat the peas. :( Maybe if they were ground up it would help?? Since there is a sizeable amount in each bag, I feel like there is quite a bit of waste in my case. I have noticed I am not the only one with this problem."

Great Feed

"Our hens love this feed. It’s like chocolate candy to them. Yes our hens will sometimes pick out the tastiest bits first, but I don’t refill the feeder until they eat the pellets too. So we have no waste We get darks yolks and have healthy chickens with lovely feathers . Our egg customers love that it’s non soy. We love it because we know our hens are getting good nutrition."

Picky Chickens

"I was thrilled to find this organic, soy & corn free option of the hen house reserve. I had previously used the regular henhouse reserve and the chickens loved it. Sadly they do not like the pellets in the organic version. They refuse to eat them. I’m assuming they are not getting proper nutrition since they are not eating the pellets too."

What does “all natural mean?"

"I’m just wondering what “all natural” means. . Does it still have pesticides and herbicides on the grains? Is is GMO? We have used the all organic before and loved it. . Thanks"

"Love it! My chooks absolutely ho crazy about this unlike any other feed ive given them! This brand is not your standard plain pellet feed, it comes with a wide variety of food for the chooks which they absolutely love! I do recommend soaking in a bucket before you feed them so they dont sort out the pellets."
